At Bristol
Eltham we have recently upgraded to
Pacsoft's Optemizer from Pacsoft for
windows. We are a small store with a
server in the back office and two point
of sales.
The
upgrade it’s self went extremely well
causing no interruption to business, and
taking about half a day.
We have
been very happy with the ease with which
our older and more set in there ways
staff members have transitioned to the
new system.
The
support we receive is fantastic. Within
minutes of a call support staff are
helping fix any problems or jumping onto
our system so that they can view the
problem themselves. If there are any
issues that can not be fixed immediately
the support staff get back to us before
the day is finished.

is not only, extremely helpful when
going through the purchasing process,
but regularly rings to check things are
running well.
Optemizer
is very user friendly point of sale and
back office software. The search engines
and ease with which we can create and
track orders is a huge improvement over
Pacsoft for windows. There have been a
few issues with price updates but other,
than this small problem the system runs
smoothly.
